1. Open Management
Programmes:
These are programmes designed by TAMI and are included in our
annual/bi-annual brochure with all the relevant details, and are
adjustable depending on numbers of participants sent to a given
programme by an organization.
2. Tailor- made Management Training and
Development Programmes:
These programmes are designed to suit the particular interest
or Management Training /Development Needs of a given client/ organization.
Designing of such programmes is jointly done between TAMI and
the client (organisation), fees and venues negotiable.
3. Contractual Programmes:
These are training programmes designed by client/organisations
and subcontracted to TAMI.
4. Consultancy Services:
A client (organisation) appropriate TAMI f or such services or
TAMI responds to adverts for Expressions of Interest or call for
proposals. TAMI then carried out an organizational needs analysis
to confirm, define and or refine the client organisation’s
concept of its needs.
5. Institutional Services:
TAMI,facilitators are attached or seconded to an organisation
where they operate as members of that organisation, and are tasked
to train/develop employee(s) of that organisation in specific
skills.
