Confirmation
Kindly confirm your participation TWO WEEKS before commencement
of the program to avoid possible inconveniences.
3.
Living Expenses
Sponsoring organizations are expected to pay their nominees full-board
accommodation, out of pocket and transit allowances according to
their respective Service Regulations or use UNDP rates for Daily
subsistence Allowance (DSA) applicable to the venue of the program.
If need be TAMI is willing to give guidelines on request.
Airport Transfers: TAMI will pick participants
on arrival provided itinerary is given in good time.
4.
Training Needs Assessment
All programs will undergo a training needs assessment (TNA) with
the participants to ensure that the program content meets the needs
of the participant.
5.
Clothing
For programs conducted in the Southern Hemisphere of the
African continent you need warm clothing especially in Winter (May
– June – July – August).
6.
Visa
For programs conducted outside your country of origin, please check
with your Travel Agency or Embassy of destination.
