TAMI
Profile
TAMI was founded in Jan 1991, its headquarters
are in Kampala -Uganda.
So far it has branches in Swaziland, South-Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia
and arrangements are in the pipeline to opening chapters in Tanzania,
Rwanda, Nigeria and Botswana.
In every country where it has been registered it has a Board of
Directors and a core of local consultants, with the following
directorates:
- Administrative and Human Resources
- Management Training/Development Programmes
- Consultancy
- Management Advisory Services
- Institutional Development Services
When it comes to strategic planning,
operationalisation and implementation of programmes, members of
the afore-mentioned directorates work as a team.
They are interchangeable. In a nutshell, TAMI is a matrix organization
in operational terms.

TAMI falls within the broader spectrum
of African Development Drive Agency (ADDA) as one of the subsidiary
organizations which not only compliments its activities but also
avails themselves for use as guinea pigs (or experimental grounds/pilot
schemes) for its many management concepts and techniques before
they are tried on our esteemed clientele.
MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
At the top of the hierarchy is the Board of Directors.
The Director General is the Chief Executive Officer.
